A kindred spirit under shinki contract.

Name: Oda Nobunaga
Shinki: Mizu/Mizune/Tama/Takki
Canon: Ikemon Sengoku
Relationship: Despite the fact that on the face of it they should be on opposing sides of a conflict, Yato and Nobunaga are incredibly well matched as a pairing, putting protection and rescue of everyone above all else.
Yato sees him as security in this strange world as his shinki, and he values him as a person and a friend. If pressed, he actually feels their relationship needs to be much closer.

He has never dealt with a shinki that had a lover or anyone else in their lives and his presence is an unintended complication, even if he likes him. His involvement makes him reluctant to call on Mizune as much as required and that's something the trio will have to iron out.

He has enjoyed every conversation with her, even though she clearly has a different outlook than he does. Forceful and opinionated, he gives what she says appropriate weight. She's one of Nobunaga's people and therefore is important to him. She brought him his first offering on the ship and he will always value her for that alone.

Notes: Although he's just met Dolce, he's rather impressed with her ability to make him feel at ease, and her deep respect for him and his position. It's not something he encounters very often, and he's deeply appreciative of her offerings.
He's going to have to do something for her, to offer her blessings even though she hasn't asked for anything.

Notes: Although he's just met Dolce, he's rather impressed with her ability to make him feel at ease, and her deep respect for him and his position. It's not something he encounters very often, and he's deeply appreciative of her offerings.

Notes: The curious culprit of the murder spree at the winter resort, Yato is very unsure about Skulduggery.
He's not one for vengeance, and he doesn't think that he should've been killed for the deed, but he's also skeptical that one can just remove the bad parts of themselves and just like that, everything's fine.
They may be really similar people, actually.
